Job summary

Carolina Herrera is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury retail store. You will drive inventory integrity, handle store accounting tasks, implement procedures, and maintain store appearance and fixtures.

The role emphasizes loss prevention, vendor coordination, and collaboration with corporate and store teams to ensure seamless operations and elevated customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years retail sales, preferably luxury market.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, inventory software and database software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall store appearance including preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory control and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Process shipments, transfers, and RTVs with accuracy and speed.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable/Receivable for vendors.
• Lead and support staff, ensuring professional image and floor coverage.
