Bergdorf Goodman, a flagship luxury retailer in New York, seeks a Support Associate to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling. You will perform daily tasks to support store sales and customer experience, working under managers and visual in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, basic MS Office skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexible with multiple tasks and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily store operations and support leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise, transfers, and inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill online and in-store customer orders (packing and shipping).
• Place merchandise to meet standards and adjust pricing/reticketing.
• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory control.
• Support with setup and teardown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
