Job summary

Tory Burch in Columbus, OH is seeking a dynamic store leader to partner with the GM/AGM, driving an exceptional customer experience and a high-performing team.

You will develop staff selling and service skills, manage day-to-day operations with an authentic approach, and mentor colleagues to achieve business goals.

Open availability for flexible schedule including overnights, weekends and holidays is required; occasional overnight travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or fashion is preferred.
• 2-4 years of management experience in a luxury or service-driven environment.
• Proven track record of success in leading teams.
• Must have open availability for a flexible schedule incl. overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
