Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Architecture and/or Construction.
• Experience with flagship store projects.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize teams around competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to ensure optimal project and brand delivery.
• Create a culture of highest performance and quality from construction, sourcing, vendors and peers.
• Evaluate resources and optimize vendor/consultant pool for performance.
• Negotiate design/technical requirements, planning, budgeting and hiring.
• Develop regional design and business acumen considering context and clientele.
• Oversee regional Store Planning teams to complete punch lists before openings.
• Plan and budget with regional leads; assess new locations and renovations.
• Establish bidding, contract administration and legal/financial controls; monitor compliance.
• Visit projects for post-opening audits and implement improvements.
• Support Store Design with R&D and prototype components.
