Job summary

Leica Camera North America Deputy Manager role in Houston focuses on partnering with the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and an elevated client experience. You will uphold Leica’s standards of craftsmanship, supervise Client Advisors, and ensure compliance across merchandising and CRM programs.

The position requires strong leadership, hands-on management of daily store activities, and collaboration with HQ guidelines. A flexible schedule including evenings and events is needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury or premium retail management experience.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a luxury environment.
• Experience managing inventory, ERP/POS systems, and store-level reporting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to translate strategic sales objectives into daily execution plans.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to ensure smooth client flow and service delivery during peak hours.
• Coach Client Advisors on service standards, clienteling behaviors, and cross-category selling.
• Support CRM campaigns and in-store activations with the Gallery and Akademie teams.
• Ensure consistent application of Leica’s standards across all client touchpoints.
• Act as liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house teams for operational readiness.
