Responsibilities

• Lead the successful opening and ongoing operations of Greyson's Downtown Birmingham boutique.
• Deliver elevated, hospitality-driven customer experiences.
• Build authentic client relationships and become a trusted style resource.
• Leverage local networks and develop new connections to grow Greyson's presence.
• Create community events, client experiences, and partnerships to drive engagement.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales while maintaining service excellence and accountability.
• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Analyze business performance and implement growth strategies.
• Represent Greyson as a brand ambassador in the community.
