Job summary

Saint Laurent in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Stock Supervisor to manage back-of-house operations and support the Sales & Management team on the salesfloor. This role reports to the Store Director and leads stockroom, shipping/receiving, and cycle counts.

The position requires 3+ years of luxury retail experience, strong Excel skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management and inventory audits.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Pro-active and team centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.
• Responsible for shipping & receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basis.
• Manage shipment discrepancies in a timely manner to avoid inventory errors.
• Process internal product transfers and client orders timely to meet client expectations.
• Maintain Repairs log and liaison with repair centers and internal partners.
• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
• Prepare stockroom & salesfloor for annual inventory.
• Liaise with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
• Ensure stockroom and salesfloor maintain Visual Standards; coach staff to standards.
• Support Management with Personal Shopper Consignment orders; pull product and process orders in system.
• Handle Opening/Closing procedures, registers, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Support sales team on the floor for coverage and assistance.
• Coach selling behaviors and merchandising standards.
• Manage supply orders from internal & external vendors.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
