Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement, onsite at the store and leveraging digital outreach. You will act as a style confidante, guiding clients in-person and digitally while reporting to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
