RenewaSkin Spa seeks a driven Sales Manager to join our luxury aesthetics and wellness brand at a single Nashville spa location. You will educate guests on treatments and skincare, while driving revenue through thoughtful recommendations and premium service.

This role focuses on face-to-face interactions and building lasting client relationships. You will collaborate with estheticians, nurses, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless experience, meet sales targets, and uphold the brand’s

Competenze

• Experience in sales, client relations, or a customer-facing luxury or service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting services and recommending premium offerings.
• Ability to work toward individual sales goals in a performance-driven setting.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working under a W9 / 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement and responsible for own taxes.

Mansioni

• Engage spa guests and provide personalized consultations on aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
• Drive in-spa revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services, packages, and retail products.
• Build strong relationships with returning clients to encourage repeat visits and package upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with estheticians, nurses, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Meet daily and monthly individual sales targets.
• Maintain a professional presence that reflects a luxury brand environment.
• Accurately document sales activities and client interactions as required.
