DermaVe Spa in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our spa sales initiatives, promote luxury treatments, skincare memberships, and exclusive packages. You will close deals, train the team, and help drive membership growth.

You bring at least 1 year of sales experience in spa/beauty or hospitality, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a confident, target-driven demeanor. Join a premium, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and client engagement skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Positive, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Organizational and leadership skills to manage sales performance effectively.

Responsabilités

• Present and sell luxury spa treatments and skincare memberships to new and returning guests
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and targets
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and professional recommendations
• Lead the sales team with motivation and clear performance objectives
• Track daily sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with spa management to develop and implement promotional strategies
• Stay updated on current skincare and wellness trends to enhance sales presentations
