Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa in Indianapolis is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our luxury service team. You will perform a full menu of therapeutic massage and body treatments, serve as a trusted wellness advisor, and help maintain our standard of excellence.

You should bring a valid state massage therapy license and at least 500 hours of accredited education, with experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state massage therapy license.
• Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education.
• Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.
• Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Ability to perform services during extended shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massage services using Woodhouse-approved protocols.
• Conduct thorough intake consultations and adapt every service to the individual guest's needs.
• Recommend and retail wellness products.
• Proactively rebook guests at the conclusion of every service.
• Enter complete SOAP notes and guest records following every appointment.
• Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment.
• Attend all team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions.
• Maintain treatment room sanitation, readiness, and equipment inspection standards.
