The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, Colorado is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team full-time. Deliver therapeutic and relaxation massages, consult guests, and customize treatments within luxury resort protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License in good standing, or MBLEX/license on file and Colorado licensure required prior to first day of work.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and contraindications.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills in a luxury spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services including therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations and tailor treatments to wellness goals.
• Educate guests on benefits of massage and geothermal soaking integration.
• Uphold spa standards, sanitation, and accurate client records.
