The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, CO is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. This full-time role delivers therapeutic and relaxation massage services, aligning with geothermal soaking experiences and our holistic wellness philosophy.

Relocation to a luxury resort setting is encouraged, and you will contribute to guest wellbeing and outstanding service standards. Flexible schedule 9:00am–9:00pm, including weekends.

Qualifications

Active Colorado Massage Therapy License or equivalent MBLEX with license in good standing
Knowledge of anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and contraindications
Excellent guest service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide professional massage therapy services (therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, specialty modalities) per licensure and spa protocols
Conduct guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, contraindications, and wellness goals
Customize treatments to guest expectations and wellness outcomes
Create a serene, welcoming atmosphere from greeting to post-treatment follow-up
Educate guests on benefits of combining massage with geothermal soaking for enhanced wellness
