Job summary

The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, Colorado is seeking a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver therapeutic and relaxation massages in harmony with our geothermal soaking and wellness philosophy. The position includes a commission-based pay of $44.50–$63.00 per hour, flexible schedule 9:00am-9:00pm, and opportunities for relocation.

As a member of our Spa & Wellness team, you will conduct guest consultations, tailor treatments, maintain client records, uphold sanitation

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License in good standing, or an active LMT license with MBLEX filed in another state; Colorado licensure required before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services (therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, specialty modalities) per licensure and spa protocols.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, contraindications, and wellness goals.
• Customize treatments to guest expectations and wellness outcomes.
• Create a serene, welcoming atmosphere from greeting to post-treatment follow-up.
• Educate guests on benefits of combining massage therapy with geothermal soaking for enhanced wellness.
