The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, Colorado is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. Deliver therapeutic and relaxation massages, consult guests, and tailor treatments to individual wellness goals in a luxury resort setting.

This full-time position offers employee housing, a flexible schedule (9:00am-9:00pm), and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Massage Therapy License required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, modalities, and spa protocols.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services including therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, and specialty modalities.
• Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess needs and wellness goals.
• Customize treatments to guest expectations and outcomes.
• Create a serene, welcoming atmosphere from greeting to post-treatment follow-up.
