Qualifications

• Nebraska Massage Therapy License required.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, massage techniques, sanitation, and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services customized to guest needs and goals.
• Follow Woodhouse treatment protocols, standards, timing, and procedures.
• Conduct guest consultations and recommend services and frequency.
• Perform modalities within training and scope of practice.
• Maintain a relaxing, professional environment with guest confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate guest service notes and documentation.
• Participate in Woodhouse Way, vendor education, and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and spa leadership to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Support goals related to guest retention, rebooking, and retail.
