Qualifications

• Maryland Massage Therapy License required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in spa setting beneficial.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills a must.
• Must be a team player and able to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic massage, body treatments, and foot rituals to high standards.
• Educate guests on benefits and aftercare of massage therapies.
• Greet guests warmly and personalize each experience by name.
• Be knowledgeable about The Ivy Hotel and Spa to assist guests with accurate information.
• Maintain professional communication with all hotel departments and report concerns promptly.
