Job summary

Equinox Hotels is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver high-end spa services to guests, maintain impeccable hygiene, and ensure a premium guest experience. You will assess guest needs, perform treatments, and promote spa offerings with professionalism and courtesy.

The role requires excellence in English, strong customer service, sales abilities, and flexibility to work varied shifts in a luxury hotel environment. Training and certifications are expected to be maintained.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and/or sales experience.
• Demonstrate energy, motivation and reliability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (AM, PM, Weekends & Holidays).
• Maintain professional manner, oral and written communication, discretion and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of massage and therapy techniques for spa guests.
• Adhere to hotel health and safety guidelines and maintain hygiene.
• Consult with guests to determine needs and expectations and address concerns.
• Provide treatment and educate guests on spa services and products as appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa workspace and comply with health codes.
