The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa in Oceanside seeks a dynamic Spa Manager to lead Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge within the Seabird Resort. You will oversee spa operations, staff, and guest experiences, driving revenue and maintaining Forbes luxury standards.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll shape a premier seaside spa culture. We’re looking for 3+ years of luxury spa leadership, strong budgeting, scheduling and training skills, and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Excellence in managing guest experiences with strong leadership.
• Proven ability to drive spa operations and revenue growth.
• Experience in payroll, scheduling, and staff management.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Proficiency with spa software and MS Office; Forbes standards familiarity.

• Maintain a guest-focused environment that supports staff and guest experience.
