T&P seeks a Social Creative to join its fast-paced studio, supporting a luxury automotive client across 4 iconic brands. You are the idea machine who writes platform-native copy and develops campaigns with UK-based Social Creative Directors.

You'll prototype with AI tools, collaborate with production teams, stay plugged into internet culture, and pitch bold ideas for live events and digital activations across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a social creative, conceptual copywriting, or social strategist/creator role.
• Strong portfolio of social-first concepts, scripts, and copy.
• Interest in automotive or luxury brand storytelling.
• Comfort with AI tools to aid creative development.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple briefs.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop social-first campaign ideas for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital handles across brands.
• Write sharp, platform-native social copy, video scripts, and captions.
• Concept social activations and interactive storytelling for major North American events.
• Use AI tools to prototype concepts, create mood boards, and outline directions for production teams.
• Collaborate with UK designers, local creators, and cross-team stakeholders to finalize assets.
• Stay tuned to internet culture and trending formats for brand relevance.
