Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Performance by contributing to store goals and executing a personalized monthly plan with the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional Customer Experience through storytelling, personalized journeys, product demonstrations, and regimens.
• Commit to Learning & Development via retail induction and continuous training, seeking feedback to grow.
• Execute Retail Essentials by maintaining grooming, stock, inventory, and store presentation.
