Lexus of Nashville is looking for a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver / Service Valet to join our full-time service team. You'll be the first and last impression of a luxury brand known for excellence while helping guests and service staff keep operations running smoothly.

The role offers starting pay at $17/hr with a raise to $18/hr after 90 days, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, PTO, and training.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we'll train the right person.
• Must be able to drive and park vehicles confidently.
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable and punctual with a team-first mindset.
• A desire to help people and make a difference every day.
• HS diploma/GED and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them to the right place.
• Safely move customer vehicles around the lot and through the service process.
• Keep vehicles clean and protected during service with covers and tags.
• Light vehicle vacuuming and use of automated car wash.
• Shuttle guests to and from their destination in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain the lot and walkways, ensuring a polished and safe environment.
• Help ensure customer vehicles are returned spotless and damage-free.
• Support the team with various service-related tasks.
