Lexus of Nashville is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet to join our team. You’ll greet guests, park and move vehicles, and support the service team in a luxury environment.

No experience is required; we provide full training and offer benefits. This role suits a reliable, energetic individual with strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the service advisor area.
• Move customer vehicles to and from service areas safely and efficiently.
• Install protective materials before service.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and ensure they are returned clean.
• Lightly vacuum interiors and run vehicles through the car wash.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and drive area.
• Shuttle customers to and from home or work as needed.
• Assist the service team with general duties and uphold dealership standards.
• Follow all safety and security protocols at all times.

Pay & Schedule

• $17/hour to start - $18/hour after 90 days
• Weekly pay
• Full-time schedule, closed every Sunday and major holidays

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor/area
• Move customer vehicles to and from service areas safely and efficiently
• Install protective materials (seat covers, mats, steering wheel covers) before service
• Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and ensure they're returned spotless
• Lightly vacuum interiors and run vehicles through the automatic car wash
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and service drive area
• Shuttle customers to and from home or work as requested
• Assist the service team with general duties and uphold dealership standards
• Follow all safety and security protocols at all times
