Maison & Co is a luxury design center specializing in premium appliances, plumbing, lighting, and hardware, and we seek a passionate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will welcome clients, build relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and developers, guide luxury selections, prepare proposals, and coordinate with vendors to fulfill orders.

Evenings or weekends for showroom events may be required; a professional, customer-first mindset and CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail or showroom sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist clients visiting the showroom.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, developers.
• Guide clients through luxury selections of appliances, plumbing, lighting, and hardware.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product specifications.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial consultation through project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, customer service, warehouse, and vendor partners to fulfill orders.
• Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system.
• Attend networking events and manufacturer trainings to grow relationships.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
