Job summary

Waterworks in Washington, DC is seeking a Showroom Client Support Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of client orders, collaborating with our showroom sales team and clients to ensure on-time delivery and a luxury service experience.

You will handle pre-order through shipping, coordinate shipments, inventory transfers, refunds, and support showroom sales consultants with quotes, orders, samples, payments, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative or project management experience.
• Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Rotating weekend flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers.
• Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Manage and track all order reporting data.
• Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
• Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
