Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Palo Alto, located in Silicon Valley, seeks a professional Service Porter to move and stage vehicles across the service drive and lot. You will ensure guest vehicles are handled with care, staged for service, and returned to inventory efficiently.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a presentable, reliable demeanor. Prior porter/valet experience is a plus, with growth opportunities in a prestige dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to move vehicles of varying sizes safely in a busy environment.
• Prior porter/valet/lot attendant or driver experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and position vehicles safely in the service drive, lot, and delivery areas.
• Transport guest vehicles to and from service lanes, bays, and parking areas.
• Assist with loaner vehicle staging and inventory control.
• Support service advisors and technicians by maintaining smooth vehicle flow.
• Deliver professional, courteous interactions with guests while handling their vehicles.
• Keep service drive and staging areas organized and presentable throughout the shift.
