Fields Lexus of Jacksonville is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers. You will oversee the flow of the Drive Lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.

You will take ownership of the customer’s experience, provide concierge support for owner inquiries, and help manage technicians’ time to maximize service delivery in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
