Four Seasons in Boston is seeking a dynamic Server Assistant to enhance dining experiences by supporting our server team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, greeting guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring exceptional service standards. Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food environment. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
• Exceptional command of the English language.
• Ability to learn the sequence of service.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, and silver for service.
• Greet guests professionally and serve food and beverages.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items.
• Assist with guest service including retrieving food from kitchen.
• Clean tables, buffets, and food stations.
