Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and customer focus required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with staff and residents.
• Standing, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guests
