Coterie Senior Living in San Francisco seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean apartments and common areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will clean, launder, and prepare spaces across the community, following established training and safety protocols.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma or equivalent, ability to operate cleaning equipment, and full vaccination status.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as: iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record card at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clean public/common areas and resident’s apartments.
• Distribute laundered articles and linens.
• Change beds.
• Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Wash, dry and iron resident laundry and community linens.
• Fold and/or hang laundry appropriately.
• Maintain and clean resident laundry areas.
• Stock cleaning cart with supplies.
• Empty wastebaskets, and transport trash to disposal area.
• Report resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly.
