Job summary

The Experience Senior Living team is opening The Gallery Tampa, with resident move-ins anticipated in October 2026. We are seeking an Environmental Services Associate to contribute to hospitality, service, and an exceptional resident experience from day one.

Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies, and assisting residents with transitions, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to engage with residents warmly and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, and windows.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and laundry duties as described.
• Maintain clean laundry areas and stock supplies.
• Report issues promptly to Supervisor and follow safety procedures.
• Engage with residents to ease transitions into the community.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
