The Experience Senior Living LLC is launching The Gallery Tampa with first resident move-ins anticipated in October 2026. We are seeking an Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to join our team, delivering exceptional hospitality and resident-focused service from day one.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments and common areas, running laundry duties, stocking supplies, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, and common areas.
• Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and change bed linens.
• Maintain and stock cleaning supplies; keep laundry areas clean.
• Report safety concerns and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Engage with residents to support a smooth transition into the community.

We're beginning the search for exceptional team members who are passionate about hospitality, service, and creating an extraordinary resident experience from day one. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching one of the premier luxury senior living communities in the Tampa market.

We are looking for a Environmental Services Associate (Housekeeper) to join our amazing team!

Responsibilities:

• Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas
• Performs all housekeeping duties including:
  • distributing laundered articles and linens
  • changing beds
  • cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed
  • sweeping and scrubbing floors; vacuuming rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture
  • dusting furniture and equipment
  • polishing metalwork
  • washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
• Performs all laundry duties including:
  • Washing and drying resident laundry in provided appliances
  • folding and/or hanging laundry appropriately
  • distributing laundered articles and linens
  • changing bed linens
• Maintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularly
• Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested
• Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies
• Stocks cleaning cart with supplies
• Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean
• Reports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly
• Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor
• May perform other duties as assigned
