Job summary

Coterie, a luxury senior living brand managed with Atria Senior Living and Related Companies in San Francisco, seeks a Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents and guests. This role supports resident engagement and ensures vehicles are properly maintained for daily use.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of driving experience, a CDL, and strong customer service skills; vaccination and local route knowledge are required for compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of driving experience and knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs.
• Commercial driver's license required to operate commercial size vehicles.
• Knowledge of local streets within an 8-mile radius of the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, courteous transportation for residents and guests.
• Coordinate vehicle pre-maintenance and repairs to ensure longevity.
• Maintain clean, well-kept vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles in a safe, respectful manner.
• Ensure charges are submitted for community travel expenses daily.
• Adhere to safety policies and respond to emergencies as needed.
