Exemplar Luxury Group’s Neiman Marcus in Chicago is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated service and personal engagement, both in-store and digitally. You will act as a trusted style confidante, leveraging fashion expertise and technology to enhance each client experience.

The role is onsite, reports to the Sales Manager, and requires a High School Diploma with commission-based sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fashion retail and styling preferred.
• Commission-based sales experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mindset and build client relationships.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; leverage technology and wardrobing to boost sales.
• Adapt product presentation for remote and in-person clients; maximize omni-channel tools.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to manage inventory and drive sales.
• Meet personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing targets.
• Develop a personal business strategy to increase productivity through outreach and tech usage.
• Engage clients via social media to guide traffic and nurture relationships.
