JAMES PERSE in Beverly Hills seeks a Sales Supervisor who will lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and luxury brand standards. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and help recruit top talent for the James Perse brand.

You will manage store operations, open/close procedures, and maintain inventory and visual merchandising to uphold the brand’s premium image in a high-end market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a luxury environment and/or similar industry.
• Prior experience in a retail luxury store dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Cultivated and established clientele following is preferred.
• Ability to relocate is preferable to maximize career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Assist Store Management in driving and motivating the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Train and onboard staff; recruit exceptional talent for the James Perse brand.
