Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Drive and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Represent James Perse brand and policies consistently.
• Develop and manage client base, schedule appointments, and network in the local market.
• Open and close the store; ensure floor coverage and merchandising standards.
