Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group, the luxury retailer group behind Neiman Marcus, is seeking a Selling Advisor to build client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. You will become a trusted style confidante for clients, reporting to the Sales Manager and working onsite at the specified location.

You will leverage fashion expertise and technology to drive sales, Wardrobing, and omni-channel outreach, with weekend availability

Qualifications

High School Diploma / equivalency required.
Experience selling fashion and luxury brands.
Experience with technology and digital outreach.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
This role requires weekend availability (Friday through Sunday).
