Neiman Marcus, a leading luxury retailer, is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement. This onsite role involves serving clients in-store and digitally, leveraging technology for outreach and selling, and acting as a trusted style confidante.

Reports to the Sales Manager and requires a passion for fashion and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include expert styling, brand knowledge, achieving sales and wardrobing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently for remote or in-person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni-channel inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase productivity via wardrobing and outreach.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide traffic.
