The RealReal is seeking highly motivated, self-driven individuals with a proven entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for the luxury sector. As a Luxury Sales Specialist (LSS), you will serve as a premier brand ambassador in the field—prospecting, cultivating high‑value relationships, and building a loyal book of business with an elite clientele. Your primary focus is the strategic acquisition of luxury consignment inventory from individual private clients. This autonomous role is ideal for independent sales professionals who excel at high‑net‑worth networking, white‑glove client service, and luxury relationship management.
This role is commission-based. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
