• Coordinate all aspects of the Sales & Marketing function for Kona Village.
• Serve as lead communication touchpoint for internal and external customers.
• Assist with group and events bookings and pre/post event coordination.
• Maintain accurate group resumes and event requirements in system and share with teams.
• Conduct site tours and prepare sales proposals, contracts and presentations.
• Support sales managers with trips and daily activities and ensure guest satisfaction.
