Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional service. You will serve in-store and digitally, acting as a trusted style confidante and using the latest technology for outreach and selling.

The role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager. You will bring strong sales drive, fashion knowledge, and comfort with digital tools; commission-based earnings and a flexible schedule are included.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma / equivalency required.
• A flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge; improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Showcase product differently for remote vs in-person clients.
• Use selling tools and digital store technology to sell; leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobing, outreach, and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
