The role is onsite at the Paramus location and reports to the Sales Manager. A high school diploma is required, with a flexible schedule and commission-based earning potential in a luxury retail environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in luxury retail or fashion preferred.
- Ability to sell via in-person and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling and customer service.
- Serve clients in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling.
- Discuss fashion trends and styling with authority both in person and online.
- Utilize selling tools and omni-channel inventory to meet sales goals.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets.
- Collaborate to create a positive work environment and drive team success.
