Neiman Marcus is seeking a Selling Advisor for its Paramus, NJ store. You will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement, serving clients in-store and digitally with the latest outreach technology.

You will report to the Sales Manager and work onsite at the location. You will bring fashion knowledge, strong sales discipline, and experience selling with digital tools, with a focus on achieving personal sales goals and delivering

Qualifications

Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High School Diploma or equivalency required.
Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobe building.
Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person.
Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobe building goals.
Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobe building, successful outreach and technology usage.
Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
