The 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay has an opportunity for a service-minded Assistant Director of Rooms to lead and inspire our great-natured service team. You’ll train, supervise and mentor new hires, setting them up for success in the most productive ways while continually engaging guests from near and far.

We seek a candidate with at least 4 years in luxury hotel operations, strong leadership and excellent guest and team member engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in luxury hotel operations.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of hotel operations and strong leadership track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• Prior experience in a quality luxury hotel brand.
