Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guest rooms and check orders with the guest and kitchen.
• Greet guests and describe items with details on origin, taste, and preparation.
• Transport items to guestrooms promptly and set up room service areas.
• Set up room service tables, utensils, dishes, and side stations.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and handle concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks and settle payments accurately.
