Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. Our Room Attendants play an essential role in the guest experience, ensuring each guest room is exceptionally clean, thoughtfully presented, and ready to meet the standards of our luxury urban resort.

This is an onsite role at Hotel Bardo Savannah. Experience in upscale hotel environments is preferred, with prior housekeeping experience required to maintain our high

Qualifications

• Previous professional housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort environment is required.
• Experience in an upscale, luxury hotel environment strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of guest room cleaning and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Able to interact professionally with guests and respond to basic requests.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Great communication and a team-oriented approach.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push and move repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to Hotel Bardo cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, refresh linens, and ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Restock amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance needs and guest concerns.
• Communicate with housekeeping leadership and other departments.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain organized carts, supplies, and work areas.
• Work efficiently with attention to detail throughout shift.
• Support the team to ensure rooms are ready on time.
