Job summary

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This role maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel’s public spaces during the day while delivering warm, professional service to guests.

The ideal candidate has prior cleaning or housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort working in highly visible guest areas. This is a full-time, on-site position at Forsyth Park in the heart of Savannah.

Qualifications

• Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience required.
• Experience in upscale hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Dependable and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public hotel areas to high standards.
• Maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and meeting spaces.
• Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Interact professionally with guests and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure spaces remain polished and welcoming throughout the day.
