Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco. Join as a W-2 employee and drive a company-provided luxury SUV on the Uber app. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits.

Pay starts at $20.50 per hour with raises, weekly pay, and the option for on-demand pay. Eligible drivers can earn a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. Alto covers vehicle costs and insurance so there are no out-of-pocket expenses.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided vehicle and complete passenger trips on the Uber app
• Earn hourly wage plus bonuses and tips
• Maintain safety and provide quality service
• Follow the schedule and respond to driver support as needed
