Job summary

Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in the San Francisco area. Join as a W-2 employee and drive a company‑provided luxury SUV to complete Uber trips. You’ll earn an hourly wage with bonuses and keep 100% of your tips, plus healthcare benefits.

We cover vehicle costs and offer weekly pay with On-Demand Pay options. A $1,000 bonus is available after 25 shifts, with flexible scheduling and safety features for drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be eligible to drive on Uber on the Uber app.
• Must have a valid California driver's license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips.
• Earn an hourly wage plus tips and bonuses.
• Receive weekly pay via direct deposit or On-Demand Pay.
