Job summary

Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco. Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips while earning hourly pay, tips, and employee benefits. All vehicle costs are covered by Alto, with weekly pay options and bonus opportunities.

As a W-2 employee, you’ll start at $20.50/hour with raises after about one month, plus a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. Basic healthcare coverage is included for drivers.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License with 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits.
• Adhere to safety policies and vehicle guidelines.
• Maintain compliant driving record and pass routine checks.
